| Ever had the feeling that you're so tired and worn out from doing something that you used to LOVE to do, w/o fail on a daily basis, w/o complaints and grunts... I'm just so fed up with this copyright stuff. I know we all have to respect and follow the artist's wishes and rules about their images...I know it's taking a toll on everyone here. It's not easy to keep a group free of any images that could jeopardize its existence. I know members are sometimes frustrated (maybe even mad) that their tags are deleted from post; stuff that we wanna show off coz we made them or someone else spent time to make them for us.... Honestly, some days I don't even feel like coming here, finding no no images and bursting people's bubbles while they proudly show off their little pressies. I don't enjoy removing posts with images that are not allowed believe me. Wish I can just close my eyes on these things and pretend I didn't see anything... Making our group locked is not an option for me. I've worked hard to keep this group open to the general public, all active Zookeepers are working hard to help out by being careful. But even with such vigilance, some no no images still fall thru the cracks and I hope everyone pays more attention to what they download from free websites or free tubesites. I don't like having to draw attention to some members that made mistakes in posting copyrighted images, pls. forgive me if I call you out. I know ya'll are troopers and enjoy coming here, can we all work together in keeping the Zoo safe and copyright-free by familiarizing with the copyrights law. I've made a separate page about this and it's worth reading. Thank you all for reading my rant. I can go on and on about this...but I think ya'll have heard enough of this as I'm almost shoving it in everyone's throat about copyrights and it's importance. Let's not attract folks that only look for the "wrong things" in a group and call on MSN's attention.  |
