this is probably more a local dish since pheasant is plentiful in our state. But it is very good and can be made with chicken too.
2 pheasants cleaned and thawed and cut into pieces
1 package frozen broccoli 16 oz.
1 medium size bag of baby carrots
1 onion
5 medium potatoes
2 can crm mushroom soup - roasted garlic regular size
1 can cheese soup regular size
a dollop of ranch dressing
salt and pepper to taste
fry the pheasant to brown it. let it cool. debone it. then in roaster place pheasant. Add remaining ingrediants stir and bake at 375 for about 2 1/2 hours or until pheasant is tender.
