This one I finished a few mins. ago was made from scratch. I didn't have any tut to follow so everyhting was basically random. took me about 3 hrs. since I was of and on making it this afternoon. I started with some rainbow colored background and used a mask. Made a duplicate of the raster and both of their opacity 50% to prepare it for the foreground. I've used one of Creographix's tube from www.psp-playground.com. But before adding the image, I've played around with writing some of the lyrics for Somewhere Over The Rainbow and made its opacity 50% again. After that I've added the image of the angel in grayscale and the actual image over it. I just added a few more text and came out like this:

Special thanks to: PSP Playground and credit given to "Somewhere Over The Rainbow"  music by Harold Arlen and lyrics by E. Y. Harburg.
