Make a new folder to save your tubes in, if you try to install them all in your PSP it will slow it down and to many items in the program will cause it to freeze and close.

When you open your PSP just click file, browse locate your tubes folder you will see a viewing pane just double click the tube you wish to use.

to keep your original tubes safe when you open them in psp remember to duplicate the image this can be done by shift D you now have image 1 close the original it will be safe while make your new creation using Image 1

To Resize use your duplicated image

on top toolbar click image on drop down menu click resize just adust the % to what you would like remember if you do not like the size go to top toolbar Edit undo till you find a size you like

Moving an Image on the left hand toolbar click on the tool that looks like plus sign once it is highlighted go to your image check you are on the correct layer and just move the image to the area you would like it as always if you are not happy edit undo

in psp if u like small tags
u can resize using bicubic resample
and u don't lose the quality of the tubes
