I was never any good at being new in companies as it was hard for me to make a name for myself when I had all ready had made a name for myself in the previous company that I had worked for and in the past company, I had been the 3x time women's champion.  It would be hard to come down from that and acting as if I wasn't as good as the so called divas that PWT had signed.  Of course, I had just as many if not more skills in the ring than the other whores running around this new company that I had signed a contract with; there was definitely no doubt about that.

A new company wasn't something that I exactly needed but it would be good for me in the long run.  I needed to broaden my horizons so to speak and this would seem to be the place to do it with all the talent that it has seemed to have signed.  But what really was so special to me about a new company?  I knew what I was capable of and I was very successful in the previous company that I had worked for, so why did I think that I needed to come to a new company?  Maybe I felt that I was just playing it safe by not ever moving on up to a different company but one way or another, I had signed with a new company and I was going to do my debut and win my match and it was going to be a two-in-one type of deal so to speak.

I walked through the doors to the Angel Arena in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  I scoffed slightly as it looked the same as every other arena that I had stepped foot in.  I had my duffel bag slung over my shoulder and I was dressed to impress.  I had chosen to wear a pair of short white cargo like shorts and a pink and white striped shirt that was short sleeved, cutting off just after the shoulders and v-necked, showing some of my chest.  My dark, red tinted hair was pulled back into a half pony tail, curled to perfection and on my feet were stylish stiletto knee high black boots that had a suede like look to them.  It was my first time being in a wrestling ring in a mixed tag team match against two superstars that I hadn't ever heard of but I was halfway hoping that they hadn't heard of me and Summer Stratus and Javen were probably thinking that I was some nobody that wasn't going to bother to show up to wrestle.  Wrong.  I may have issues with several things right now but they hadn't kept up on my previous employer's website and I was sure that they hadn't read any of the rumors that were spreading quickly about me.  Were they true?  In my mind, they weren't.  My low weigh wasn't an issue to me and it shouldn't be an issue to anybody else because I can still prevail over anybody given the chance.

I was on my way to find the Elite Republic's locker room when I was stopped by the interviewer employed by PWT, Shauna Lane.  I raised an eyebrow at her and just placed my hands on my hips.  What did she want?  I had barely been in the wrestling arena for five minutes before being stopped by some pathetic woman who was an interviewer.

.xxMikah  "What do you want?  You people seem to have issues with stopping me at unnceccessary times."

She rolled her eyes, obviously used to the treatment that some of the superstars and divas used with her.

.~~Shauna Lane "You're new to the company and you're in your first ever match tonight at Shockwave and Mikah, you're teaming with Lionheart to take on Javen and Summer Stratus.  Any comments?"

I frowned at her.  So unoriginal.  I could have came up with better questions in my sleep but nonetheless, I decided that I had better give her an answer that would somewhat satisfy her.

.xxMikah  "Do you even know who you're talking to, girl?"

She shook her head no, her eyes a little wide in wonder as she held the microphone up to my lips.

.xxMikah  "I am Mikah, the diva of the future and no, you don't need to know my last name because if I tell you it, people will make it a habit and continue to call me by it, which is not something that I want.  But you want my opinions on my match?  Sure, I'll give them to you.  I don't have any opinions on the match because as a member of the Elite Republic, I all ready know that my teammate and I will win.  It's simple really, when you have the star quality that the Elite Republic has there is no other option but to win and with my tag team partner and with Banch Morgan in our corner there is simply no way that Lionheart and I can lose."

Shauna simply just nodded her head before pulling the microphone back to her lips.

.~~Shauna Lane  "So you're not worried at all about what Javen or Summer could pull off in your match?"

I scoffed.  I should have had my wrestling tapes on hand so that I could show her what I was made of but I didn't have them on hand so she would just have to see what will happen tonight.

.xxMikah  "You know what Shauna?  I do not like repeating myself, which will be what I will be doing if I answer that question but since I'm 'new' talent here, I will be nice on my first day.  I don't want to get some sort of 'fine' for harassing the interviewers."

At that point I had to roll my eyes at mentioning that I might get a fine for harassing PWT's interviewers.

.xxMikah  "Continuing on, I have nothing to be worrid about, girl.  Lionheart is a great athlete in the ring and I know that I am as well, not to pump my own ego up but I am pretty amazing in that ring.  And you know what the great thing about tonight is?"

She shook her head no and kept the microphone close to my lips.

.xxMikah  "Is that nobody in this company aside from Banch Morgan, Marcus Payton, Lionheart, and Reagan Clyde have any idea of what I'm capable of and that in itself will prove to work in my favor as well as Lionheart's.  So Javen and Summer Stratus will have no clue as to what to expect from me and with Banch in our corner, now that is a lethal weapon.  Now goodbye interview girl."

I walked off, not wanting to deal with her anymore.  I shook my head to myself as I went to find the Elite Republic's locker room and as I was walking away, I let out a sigh of relief.  This was the first time in a few months that I had not been asked about my weight or if I was indeed the Bulimic Beauty.  Now if only those rumors would stay hidden somewhere in my past and never to resurface again even though I had a long time until I was comfortable with my body.
