OOC[ Wow yeah so here it is, hope you guys enjoy the read. O and Seifer, its awsome being able to have a match against you. Lets make this good ]
It was the moment of truth. This week Brandon Marks got a chance to prove that he could indeed roll with the big dogs. That he could go toe to toe with the PWT Champion and live to tell the tell, hell maybe even capture a win over the champ. The course of his career could change with this very match. One would think that Brandon Marks was probably sweating bullets right about now.  However that one has never met Brandon Marks.

Brandon Marks is seen sitting on his sofa in his locker room playing with a slinky. Shauna Lane walks in to the locker room jumping up and down.

Shauna Lane - "Brandon Marks, I dont know if you have heard but this week on Shockwave. PWT's favorite Candy Man has a chance to shine against PWT's World Champion Seifer, granted it is a non title match but you have to be super excited about this."

Setting down the slinky, Brandon lifts his head up and looks at Shauna Lane.

Brandon Marks - "I dont know if excited is the word I would use right about now. A better word probably would be...(shrugs) excitetified.

Shauna Lane - (Confused) Exciteafied, is that even a word?

Brandon Marks - It is to me, its a mixture between excited and terrfied. I cant even explain my emotions right now Shauna. This week on Shockwave is one of those moments that no matter the out come, the match is  going to be a career changing moment for me.

Noticing that she was not dealing with the out there personality of Brandon Marks. Shauna decides just to get in to the hard hitting questions.

Shauna Lane - "What are your views on Seifer and this match?"

Brandon Marks - "I have mad respect for Seifer and the fact that he is World Champion.  Just like I hope he has mad respect for the candy man. However something tells me that he does not, something tells me that he is just like all my other opponents. I am not stupid, I am well aware that when I go in to that ring this week on Shockwave that the whole locker room expects me to lost. Not only that but they expect me to get slaughtered out there. To the people in the back, this match is nothing more then a easy way for Seifer to show his domiance at my expense.

When Seifer speaks, it will be something I heard all before. He will throw out the word jobber and tell me that I wil never amount to nothing in this buisness, maybe even use the word curtain jerker. Meanwhile dodging the point that they did not become World Champion over night or the fact that them thereselves were once that vulgar word. Dont get me wrong though, I dont believe I am a jobber.... in fact I am far from. I may not be a multi time PWT Champion but I have done a lot in my career over in Japan and on the indy circuit, I got a strong fan base and I could retire tomorow and live a comfortable life. These ae not characteristics of a jobber.

What people fail to realize though is the fact that no matter how many times I get knocked down, the candy man gets back up.  Yes my record is something to leave a sour taste in the mouth of anyone reading it but through all those L's in the record book.  I still comesback for more, I still manages to impress.

Your looking at the same man that beat Damien Collins, a man that is well respected in the halls of PWT. Not only beat him but opened his eyes enough that he is now a friend as well as a mentor to me. A man that pre PWT was teaming and mentored by Ricky Carter, another name that is a house hold name. People claim that its not about the past but the present but you have to know the past to predict the future.

Shauna Lane - "What will be your game plan going in to this match?"

Brandon Marks - "A game plan?, this is not football.  To be honest I dont have one, I am just going to go out their and use the skills that were given to me. Those of course being my speed and my unorthadox moveset. Just like I know that Seifer will come at me with the strengths that have brought him to the dance. That is one cool thing about this match Shauna, is me and Seifer are to way different human beings from are personality to our movesets. This week on Shockwave or going to witness the big bang theory once again when they both collide.

With that Brandon stands to his feet and walks out as the scene fades
