Alright this is fairly simple...if I can explain it properly.
There are 12 lists in all with 12 categories on each list.
Now the idea of the game is to choose one list and copy/paste it into your reply box.
The person who played before you will have chosen a letter (Z, X and Q can't be used) and a list number.
You have to answer your categories on the list that was left for you, using words starting with the letter that was left.
I have done one below the game board for an example.
