During the election party President-Elect Obama told his little girls that they had earned their right to have the puppy they wanted. (Their mother said they had to learn to do their chores without being told, and their father said after the election, win or lose, it wasn't fair to get one during all the hoopla.) Now what I want to know is, WHO is going to housebreak this dog, and most especially WHERE? I don't think anybody's going to be too happy the first time the puppy wets a priceless antique oriental rug, or poops in the middle of the oval office................ Hehehehehe |

my expression is when the puppy comes in the house to do its duty on the hardwood floors or pees on the rugs rub the puppys nose in it and throw the little tike out into the yard a few times that will do it as for the rug being peed on rub salt into it and leave it till it dried then vaccum it up. check it out see ya all in chat tomorrow night . see ya stormy |

I don't think that's the best way to teach a puppy not to mess. A puppy is a baby dog, and you wouldn't rub a baby human's nose in it's mess when it made a mistake, would you? However living in the WHITE HOUSE I think the puppy will be learning really fast, one way or another! Somebody said there is an official presidential animal trainer that trained Clinton's chocolate lab, and Bush's scotty terrier, but the terrier bit a reporter the other day, so maybe he's not such a great trainer! |
