We are looking for pspers ..no matter how basic or advanced you are..

to make a Welcome page for our sister site

Penny'sPlace.

The challenge is the Theme for St Andrews day

November 30th.(Scotland..Scottish)

You do not have to make the webset (frame/background) if you are not able to make them..because Penny or Puppy will make them.

just make the tag.....include the artists credit ©

and we will choose one or two of the tags made.
