You have every right as the owner/manager here to ban any member..and copy and pasting someones email into a public message board unless given permission is a no-no.

It is a breach of confidentiality and that is why I banned the said member 2 years ago..she had copied and pasted other peoples emails (but omitted many words..to make them look different..so the emails looked quite malicious)..

this led to me and ex-libris both resigning.

Sadly said member  also then went on to interfere between a disagreement with alanoz and our lovely david..then another attack on frantic..then another interference with a few other members..

she was also then emailing many many members all about the cases and I received several emails from members asking me to consider her age etc etc..

however..we have members older than said member who are not curt and rude and blunt and not troublemakers..

this is all very sad..but as you know one previous manager refused to be part of our group if I let said member  back in ..We lost him due to the continuos arguments said member was causing.

It is so sad that we have had 5 years of this.

I suggest you now block said member and be prepared for her to start emailing every member (as she does)..it almost gave me a nervous breakdown xmas 2005..so be prepared Puppy dawggy..said member stops at nothing..but said member will NOT be emailing me..I have blocked.

I suggest you save the messages ready to send to msn complaints dept.

Puppy..dont worry..I had just copied the offending post on my mouse..went to post it in managers group..with all the piles and piles and piles of offending messages by said member ..and as i looked up..the message vanished..up came the message as always..

"deleted by AUTHOR!!"..yes the author deleted as usual..

i have been so upset knowing bazza left us ove rher nasty messag..and yes I am fully aware that KW99 left posting because of said members nastiness..

we hav lost sevaral members over the years due to said member..and whilst there may be the few who will jump in to defend her..it is now time to stop and be realistic..

one member is losing us many many members and I am already fully aware of one male member (oops that sounds rude!!)..but one male member who stoppe dposting regularly due to the sarcastic comments from said member..

it is time to make a stand.

I have saved all the offending material for msn complaints dept.

Hopefully said member may just quietly go (having been banned from another group last month!!Not connected with any of the Pennys chain!!)

so msn is aware of the nuisance..only thing I had to correct with them was fact she changed nicname..

and as u saw on yukuks complaint from her..she has given them her full nicname..then both halves that she uses..this therefore confirms that said member is the same person.

Please dont ge tupset Puppy..u are hurting and have taken a lot of basjing from said member in this group alone..

I have cried and cried..even cancelled my xmas in 2006 and drove my daughte rall the way home to Portsmouth xmas eve because said member had caused me so much hassle interfering between 2 starangers that joined chat and comms..

when I was alerted that she was circulating all the emails to othe rmembers ..I contacted my solicitor..

only because it was costing me £160 an hour did I have to stop the proceedings..but I will never forget how I resigned over her..followed by ex-libris who vowed..he would leave if said member came back and started all over again....

hmmmmmmmmmm well as we know..said member did get let back in and..

well rest is history.

Nothing changed..except we lost many many members.

I just wish bazza,ex-libris..KW99 etc etc etc would come back...

before msn closes for good and we lose all contact.

The member is a evil nasty piece of work who wants banning from all our groups for EVER and a day.Cant use age as an excuse she is just evil.There . said me piece,you carry on banning Pupps or I come and live with ya!!
