Im so angry today,,, as some of you know , my best pal got married yesterday, i thought a great gift to her, would be her whole day captured on film, so i took the camcorder , i recorded all of her special day,, all of her family and friends together,, something she said she had never experienced before. Sounds great doesnt it,, all except, we left the camcorder in the taxi,, and now its lost. Im so upset at loosing the camcorder,, but that can be replaced, but all the footage cant. Ive rung the taxi firm we used, but of course it was not handed in. How can people be so dishonest, if i seen anything in the back seat of a taxi, i would hand it to the taxi driver straight away, i cant think of anything else i can do to get it back,, any ideas be welcome,, thank you in advance. |

awhhhh Timmy what a sham after all you did. Yep..I have seen a similar thing in my local nespaper.. asking person who took the camcorder to please return the footage..and they actually did..anonymously of course!! Have you contacted local police station lost and found department?? worth reporting it. |

Just got a call from the taxi driver from friday night,, and guess what,,,,,,,,,, hes got our camcorder in his boot,,, he said he was so busy friday night he forgot about it,,, so arent we very lucky,,, im so happy now, weheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee xxx |

Woweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee timmy Bit like my Tilly's story when she lost all the Scout camp money. Cut a long story short, she had no idea where, but having contacted the Mountain Goat Bus Service (Lake District) the Manager phoned her to say it was the Driver's last run that she had been on with the Scouts, it was his day off, and he had found the wallet on his parked up bus. That man had taken time out of a very busy day to go to the trouble to look for the wallet. It contained £300. There are some lovely honest decent people out there, what a shame they never get noticed. Glad you have a happy outcome Timmy and I am sure your friend will treasure your unique gift. |
