As usual on a Wednesday I was setting off to spend the day with my sis. Walking down the side of my home I noticed the copper piping from my central heating boiler had been sawn off. The end of the pipe was squashed. I am sat here with no heating on as that pipe is to let the fumes from the boiler out. Waiting here now for someone to come and fix it. Hope they are not long as it is cold and frosty here today. These metal thieves do not care that they are stealing piping that could actual be fatal if I left the heating on and the fumes were coming back into my home and not going outside. Bang goes my day out  |

Oh Pupps they will steal anything nowdays grrr, they must have done this to your heating flu pipe during the night. They do not give a fig what upset and inconvenience they are going to cause, and yes it could have been a lot worse! hope you do not have to wait long the the repair person to come and have lots of hot drinks to keep warm. How terrible Puppy. Copper was the attraction, My Boiler has a chimney for the escape of all those fumes we alos have a Carbon dioxide alarm in boiler room. To be honest I am sirprised my airconditioner is still there .I guess we live in a world that is foreign to most of us . Take care and try to keep warm, we have snow today melting but one of these days it will stay. Stay Cozy Hugs

Puppy, that is dreadful !!!! People do not think about the consequences of their actions. Good job you went out, had you just stayed in all day without realising, the story could have been quite different. Hope you reported the theft. Take care xxx |

Puppy I hope you got the heating back, and they caught those *********** there are many thing I would like to call them, But it is getting cooler and you need to be warm. we will get up tp 17 degrees today sun is still comingout but not too much heat in it. Take care. Selkie  |
