right going to start a diary want ppl to make comments add to it

i started the fat class on tuesday (diet )

so tuesday will be my first weigh in so will keep you all informed as i got loads of weight to lose

i stopped smoking and put 7 stone on so (DON'T you dare say its the easter eggs ya ear me cos they not fattening ok )

anyway any contribution help or words of advice would be grateful yours i giving up easter eggs (ok ill cut it down to 1 ) every once in a while

i lost another 2lb this week only problem being my friend and husband is coming down to van this weekend and it will be drink drink drink

i booked to go to majorca for october so need to get stuck in after this weekend promise dozy

okay okay here we go again i went back to fat class yesterday and i put ON yes ON 12LBS not been for nearly 8 weeks i think it is i go to majorca in 10 weeks time so want to lose 3 stone but my instructor said try for 2 so looking for 4,5,or 6 this week then 2 a week after as he said that would be more realistic but you know me i want more lol so start again keep you posted i know your sick and fed up with me stop and starting lol but hey thats life haha love dozy

gosh didnt know i had updated this well came back fae my holiday and put on 5lbs i lost 4lbs last week so fingers crossed for this week i been good well near enough had a party and was drinking loads and loads lol
