Penny, sounds as if last year had some bad luck left over for you.
When we rent house, or an apt. here we have to pay first and last month's rent up front, if there is damage to house the last menth's rent os forfeit, It could have helped you.
But Cheer up things are changing you are back in Portsmouth, closer to your friends.
Even if finances are tight that will change soon, I am sure you work well and do good work, when you pary for your hair to stay as is and no wrinkles you need to get a night cream and a day one to keep your skin tight and clear. My hair is almost white, it has never been died ever, I do not have that many wrinkles. I am trying to grow old gracefuly. Do not laugh so hard you will fall off your chair. Someone pick penny up.
