I painted my daughters flat to sell it..(well it needed doing)..and the estate agent having known me for a long while..asked me to value it..I wrote it down..so did he..

we compared notes..and both had put £74.995 to accept offers over £70k.

Estate agent asked me to show the first viewers..(cos he is offering me a job)..

and the first viewers put in offer for £70k!!

I said £71 and its theirs..

all agreed..got hold of solicitors..paid fir HIp pack ..and that was last wednesday and thursday.

Today Chris estate agent came to see me with bad news..the couple buying it..were getting divorced..the flat was for the husband..he wasnt well day I showed them round..but I put it down to adjustment change..not feeling good about the divorce etc..

today Chris tells me he had heartattack yesterday and not likely he will pull through.

This is awful news all round for them,and us,,

the flat has gone back on market.
