I think of it as Armistice Day, but soon time changed that there were more sad souls to remember. Today as I watched our Service from Ottawa on TV it was said there were more than 3 thousand people at one service.  One thing commentator said hit home.   He said for years  Many came to honour those who had given their lives, and yest now many more come because they had been honouring what was then in the past but still honoured now they came to honour the present the now and the then.
One young soldier in a wheelchair came to lay a wreath for his mates he said they were still in Aghanistan.  So many wars so many deaths. Who  could ever forget???

Selkie.
