This is only the SECOND negative feedback I've given in the 2 1/2 years I've been collecting. I had an item for sale & was asked if I would wait 2 weeks for payment. I had 2 other buyers. I asked her if she wanted the item for SURE & she said "yes". So, I turned down 2 other buyers. I waited a week & she left me a message stating that she had changed her mind & that other unexpected bills came up. I did not receive an apology or ask if it would be okay if she changed her mind.
It was not convenient for me to even mail the doll to her but I was going to follow thru with it as I gave her my WORD. Once I told her that I was a member of Soup & was not going to leave her positive feedback she instantly apologized & offered to pay it. (With some nastiness remarks about my atttitude) I refused to mail the doll at that point & will not do business with her in the future.
