Things have been dead around here for a while and since MSN is closing all groups down in February......I have decided to not carry on with this group after that time. I have been busy with life and to tell the truth....I have lost some of my interest in CPK's. Attending every 25th anniversary event this year opened my eyes to a lot and I just feel I want to focus on my other collections at this time. I'm not quitting collecting, but the spark just isn't there anymore. I have moved on to other things like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and that seems to be where my heart is now. So, that being said, whoever wants to carry the Play Along CPK legacy is more then welcome. It's been fun! Dillon |

Thanks, guys, but keep in mind.....I'm not leaving collecting....just stepping back some to focus on my other collections. I'll be around as I have way to many CPK pals!!! Dillon |

I just wanted to say how sad it's gonna be not having the PA group anymore!
Although I haven't been posting much lately, I do check in periodically
Cabbies are still my thing. I learned so much being a member of the group, had a lot of fun sharing pics & stories with everybody here, and made alot of great CPK friends over the years.
It really has been fun,

It's sad to say goodbye. I'm no longer actively collecting (I still have my favs) but I will miss this club. I hope someone saves the pictures in the refference albums so all that great info isn't lost forever. ~Maggie~ |

I have had a wonderful time with everyone. This group has been a BLAST!! Thank you all for being a part of my love for cpk's for several years now. I understand your decision, Dillon. I had kind of decided not to move on once the groups were moved anyway. The spark/passion is gone for me right now. I think perhaps it's that way for many collectors. I am keeping everything I have--they're my family. I just feel it's easier to keep my collection small this way. The photo reference would be great. I've spent alot of time making mine something that I'm proud of--I have no idea if it can work.Thanks, everyone, it's been a lot of fun!! Holli  |

Sorry to hear that the club will be ending. I hope some one does keep all the infromation collected. Maybe give the infro. to the CPK club in Multiply. I would hate to lose it all. Hope to keep in touch with club members. Deidra |

You guys are AMAZING! I also feel sad that this group will be closing. I started it before the PA's were even out and we have had some good times here. The thing is I don't like the fact that MSN is closing down and the other options kind of stink. It's a lot of work to run a club and then to have to move it.....creates tons more. Maggie....I will be saving all the info you have worked so hard on over the years. If someone can find an easy place to move this club and want's to basicly run it until some sort of *spark* ignites my interest in CPK's..... let me know. Dillon |

Hey Dillon It is sad, you have been an awesome force in the cpk world and with this PA club. We will all miss you. If you want i will start it up in multiply but then look around for maybe a better alternative. Soo that we the information can be migrated somewhere else and not lost. LMK if you are still cool with that and i will email ya later on. Janice |

Dillon, I totally understand where you're coming from. I'm there too. I still collect CPK's, but my focus has changed to softies and I'm VERY picky with MM kids now. I've listed 30 MM kids on Ebay so far with several more to go. My goal is to downsize my MM kids from about 200 to 75 over time. Thanks for all the time you have put into this group and thank you also for sharing your cabbie knowledge! You are awesome! I'll see you around at some of the other groups! Love & Hugs!

dillon, i used aimoo. it saves the entire website from webpages to messages. its free and takes a week to complete. very good for browsing and saving info for however long. |

I know I've not posted a lot lately, but I love coming to this group and seeing what everyone is up to and I still love the pa kiddos! I say we move the group to aimoo - the softy side has gone there and I really like the format - it's easy to follow and post!
