I have a feeling that PA sent out a bunch of bald #4 boys in the last few weeks. Ebay is being inundated with them, and I too also found one at my Target. I think it's great that they are meeting the demand... I just feel sorry for the people who paid an arm and a leg to get theirs a couple of months ago.
