Yes - the same babies come in the same outfits - with the exception of the A/A girls (I have seen the #4 in both the blue butterfly dress and the elephant romper, the #2 in the blue overalls and the yellow sweater set - I think - and I can't remember what I've seen the #9 in) and also the caucasian #4, who comes in the navy overalls and the pink elephant romper.  But, I think she comes in the overalls with the medium skin tone and the romper with the pale skin tone...not positive on that (didn't go check the photo of the one in the romper).
