Evi and Pronker posted that Rocket Dog was hit by a car recently and is now with her mother.  This is very sad news for us as we know she really tried her best as DF.  I will miss her and I hope her two pups grow to be strong and also great leaders.

I know just when I think nothing can hurt as bad as it did when I heard Flower had died, well I am here to tell you I feel the same pain when I read that Rocket Dog died.  The pain just keeps coming every time we lose one of these precious kats.  Witty

Pronker and Evi, I want to thank you for sharing that information with us.  It makes my heart so heavy to hear it.  I had such hopes for RD.  I'm crying all over again.  She had big shoes to fill and simply wasn't afforded the time to do so.  What was the date, do you know?
 
That is actually really weird.  I woke up early this morning thinking about something you said in chat and I thought about Monkulus and if she had died.  I guess I had the wrong daughter, but I'm very sad to be right this time.
 
Say hello to your mother and sisters, Rocket Dog, we miss all of you!

You know, RD was like Mozart, never got to achieve her true potential and took on enormous tasks with very little return or support.
 
I am so sad and I feel just like I did when Flower died.
 
It may be that we see if we were right about little Amira.

I just went to check if anyone had replied to my Jeopardy questions, and THIS IS WHAT I FIND?!?!?!?! I feel sick to my stomach.... God that is so awful. IMO, her getting hit by a car is much sadder to me than if she was predated or died of disease...because humans caused it. The people may not have seen her or realized what happened, but it still makes me angry.

OMG OMG OMG..........*many tears!!!!!!*.... How could this be???? Does anyone know when this happened? Already the next generation is being marked with tragedy....... and it is tragic! we watched her just liike we watched Flower..... this is so Sad... so sad.

Please Lord, this is a precious pup......we love her..... and wish her peace as she is in her first part of endless time at the rainbow bridge.
Hold her in your arms and fill her spirit with Love as she is reunited with her mom and all that have gone before.

Oh no!!!!! Poor little Rocket Dog. I hate when animals are hit by cars, it would have been easier to hear if she had been taken by a predator. This is so sad.
