I thought it would be nice for each of us to tell what things we like, favorite colors, favorite song and why it's your favorite song or songs, and things we collect. My favorite colors are blue, purple, pinks, light green, and burgundy My favorite song is "Near the Cross" I love this song because as far back as I can remember as a baby, my mother played this song for me on her organ so I will go to sleep. I would fall asleep hearing my Mother play this song.(Sniff) I love Meerkats, Lemurs, Teddy bears ( I still have my first teddy bear that my mother bought me at age of 5. His name is Freddie), and birds ( Not owls) . I collect all of these.( I don't have any Lemurs or Meerkat figurines yet, but I hope to get some) Ok your turn. Loyalkat Sophie |

Let's see..... My favorite color is green. I like being online. I like to play on Neopets (Squiggymeerkat is my pet Usul) and Pogo.com. On Neopets I collect Usuki Dolls and Usul stuff. I have a really large gallery there, which I'm glad takes up no room in my house! I like Shepard Smith on FOX and watching Nancy Grace. I'm a news junky. I love House. "You're a moron" is my favorite quote.  I also like the old Law and Order with Jerry Orbach. I don't really have a favorite song. I like classic rock and Christmas music and 70's stuff. I have Jimmy Page's Zoso symbol tattooed on my right hand, which makes me feel old when kids ask me what it is.  I love all animals. I used to have a rooster named Rooster. He was way cool, he knew his name. I have 2 cats here and one at my mom's. I have a bunch of freshwater fish, some over 10 years old.  I collect snowmen, but I'm way out of room. Thankfully they only get displayed once a year! I'm a pretty boring person, but I like it like that! |

This is fun! My favorite color is lavender. My favorite flowers are roses and lilacs. I love all kinds of music, but when i think favorite song, Africa by Toto is the first one that comes to mind. My favorite place to be besides home is the beach. I love all animals and would love to own acres of land full of deer and other animals. Cows and deer are beautiful to me. Mantees, too and whales and dolphins. Penguins, too. It would be so wonderful to be able to see polar bears and penguins in their natural homes. Going to the Kalahari to see the meerkats would be like a dream. Thank goodness for all the folks that go and share their diaries and photos. My favorite movie is It's a Wonderful Life and I love Jimmy Stewart. There is nothing that i actively collect now, but used to collect and still have my carousel horses, tea cups and saucers, snowglobes, and anything with snow flakes or snowmen on it. I am a just big goober, backward and awkward. |

Me? My favorite colors are deep purple, black, maroon, bark blue...dramatic colors. Fav movies are October Sky, Seabiscuit and Wizard of Oz. Don't really have fav song as I like all types of music from classical to country to World music and anything in between...depends on the mood I'm in. Fav singer? Kenny...swoon.  I like to read with Maeve Binchey my fav author. I like The Colbert Report, Daily Show, The Office, House and old reruns of Seinfeld, South Park, Everybody loves Raymond...those type of shows. I love all furries [term includes scales fins, feathers, etc] and my dream is to own all the land and have all the money to give all homeless ones a place to live with no worries. My DM and I support The World Wild life Foundation, our local ASPCA/Humane Society, Guide Dogs for the Blind, trying to get the use of meds out of horseracing and outlaw use of the whip, and try to spread the word on SPAY AND NEUTER YOUR FURRIES. I'm a homebody as I love to be with my DM and the furkids and keeping in touch with friends I have made over the years and I love being with my Quirkie friends laughing for hours....I just like life to be fun filled with laughter....not very exciting but that's me  |

Hi. My favorite color is aqua, followed by lime green and peach (I'm a Spring and these colors look really good on me.) I like most aall mamals. Not really in tune with avaians and marine creatures. I like critters I can pet and cuddle. Favorite movies: Raising Arizona, Moonstruck, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, The Gods Must Be Crazy, Bull Durham . Don't have a favorite song. I support Petsmart Charities, The Elephant Sanctuary, Fellow Earthlings, and before I retired I sponsored native American children through Save the Children. When I retire full time I'm going to be a bunny-hugger. I collect yellow glass. It's relatively hard to find, so I'm not up to my belly button in it. Aqua glass also speaks to me, but there's way too much of it out there and I only have so much room. I'd like to collect Rococco silver, and Georgian silver ( both ends of the spectrum!) but I am way too poor. I do have one very small piece of late-Georgian silver, bought when I was a full-time computer geek, that I treasure. |

hmmm, things about me....
My favorite colors are Pink, Black and Royal Blue...
I listen mostly to country music but have a soft spot for David Bowie music...and some celtic music is good when I meditate or just can't fall to sleep
I have a moderate collection of Beanie Babies, Most in mint condition...and a couple of porcelain dolls
I like to read...all kinds of books...some recent books that I have read (in the last couple of months) are the Twilight series (Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, and Breaking Dawn by Stephanie Meyers), the Uglies series (Uglies, Pretties, Specials and Extra by Scott Westerfeld), 3 books by Dean Koontz (Velocity, Watchers, and From the Corner of his Eye), and am finishing up The Mists of Avalon by Marion Zimmer Bradley...When I am done with that book I am planning on reading 4 more Dean Koontz books my cousin lent to me and a book called Past Lives, Future Healing by Silvia Browne that I checked out of the local library....Then I will decide after those books what else I am going to read...I read Eragon a while ago so I may re-read that book and the book that came after it, can't think of the name right now...
I love animals and can't stand it when people hunt for sport instead of food...I have 2 dogs; Sandy (Beagle) and Peanut (Chihauhau)...I also have 2 cats; Sadie (Male gray tabby with one eye) and Princess (Female Turtoiseshell)...2 female degus (Delilah and Dinah, who are still doing very well)...and a rabbit ( a grey and white male named Gandalf after the grey wizard in The Lord of the Rings...I let one of my friends name him)...Also in the household there is a male orange tabby cat named Phil who belonged to my grandpa, his orange and white mother named Bootsie who belongs to my cousin...my sister's turtoiseshell female named Smokey...and my mom's two male cats (a light tan male named Miles who was white when he was born and an orange cat, lighter than Phil, named Houdini)....a black and white female named Oreo that my grandpa picked up from the side of the road a few months before he died and her black and white daughter, Bella (looking for a home for them)...and there is a stray male cat that we have been spotting in our yard...he will walk towards us and meow at us, has let us pet him, and has been caught a couple of times by me and once by my mom....once he gets more use to being held and doesn't struggle so much, we will take him to the animal shelter so they can find him a home since we cant afford to keep him but can't let him remain outside because he gets into fights with our cats....
My mom still plans to move to North Carolina...Cary to be Specific after this school year ends...she is planning to go down there Spring Break to look around and wants me and my sister and my little brother to go with her (she is hoping that if I go and check it out that I might decide that I want to move there after all but I am reluctant to leave Michigan...I was born in Michigan)...if I go to check it out, that means Peanut has to go because while Sandy has gotten over her separation anxiety from me and will listen to my grandma and dad...Peanut does nothing but bark and whine when I am not home and is scared of my grandma and dad yet (though he is getting better)...
I also like acting...I love being in costume on stage or in front of a camera doing a scene and have a goal of going to a professional acting audition at least once...
and I think that is it about me.... |
