Hi, I thought I would make a home for Lemur Kingdom topics and discussions.  I liked the show last night and enjoyed learning about Lemurs.  I was shocked a little about poor little Gizmo and his mom's attitude towards him.  I just love Peg Leg and I know he is a survivor.  I did not care for the narrator, his voice did nothing for me.  I think AP had a great night with S2 of Orangutan Island and Chimp rescues.  Krazymeerkats

Thanks ratties!!! It seems that they do return them to the wild but there will be another group to come to Orangatan Island. So we will see a different group each season maybe????

There are 3 different sets of orphans and the different islands that make up OI.
I do believe it will be Hamlets group that gets set free.http://www.born-to-be-wild.org/html/borneo_rehab.html

I felt really bad for Gizmo too.  If Chelsea hadn't knocked him out of a tree and injured his leg, he probably would have been able to keep up with the group.
I'll continue to watch despite the sadness.
Did someone say that these lemurs are endangered?  If that's true why wasn't there an effort made to feed Gizmo!

I felt bad for little Gizmo too. Poor baby!
It is hard sometimes to watch these animals programs and see them die!

I like Pegleg! He gets around fairly well on just one leg. Someone said he is the Hannibal of Lemur Kingdom since Hannibal on MM had just the one eye and so pegleg has one leg.

I felt bad for Marcus last Friday when he got his paw slashed. I hope it heals well.

This a good show. I must admit I like MM better. I just love Meerkats!

It was so sad when Prince died!

I hope Electra is ok.

AP Episode Guide:
"Still struggling for food, the Graveyards resort to eating a poisonous plant which makes them lose their fur. Liberty gives birth but her deteriorating health and thinning fur put both mother and baby in jeopardy."

Will Liberty's pup survive? Will anyone get direly ill from the poisonous food? What happens with Queen Juno and her pup? This looks to be a sad episode.....

AP Episode Guide for tonight 4/18:
"Queen Amazon and the Furies enter Graveyard territory, raid the water trough and decide to stay overnight, but when Juno finds out there's a big battle, the Graveyards chase the intruders away."
Hope all the babies stay safe!

I thought it was interesting for them to fight with their babies still clinging to them.  You would think they would put them in a safe place with one of the adults to gaurd....

This MSN is so weird! Having a hard time posting....

I was surprised too when the fight broke out and it was like all the women and children to the front! Men in the back!

About the fire....don't read the episode guides or it will spoil the cliffhanger. I'll make sure I don't post them next week.
