| on the MM forum there was a girl named flower629. she was 13 years old. she came to the forum asking for our prayers because the doctors said that she might have cancer. she was so very scared waiting for the results. then she said that she had cancer and had to have surgery in 2 weeks. well, she had to have the surgery a week early. her sister informed us today that she did not wake up from the surgery. i am so distraught over this child that was so afraid and died so young. i just hope that her last days weren't filled with pain and fear from the fact that she knew that she might not make it. and now we will never hear joy from that precious child as she grew into a wonderful young woman. her sister said that she would have done anything for animals. god must have wanted her to look after flower and the other meerkats that are in heaven. i posted a condolence topic on the welcome to the burrow thread. and ccatz posted a link to light a candle for her also. thanks for listening. |

Yo Very sad indeed. I am sure she was met by all who loved her and who she loved. It's her family that will hurt for a long time now...so sad. God bless them. Pronker |

Yes as all my emails were downloading I saw this message
sprint by, I pulled it up and just cried and cried. That is too young to have
to go, the only comfort I can find is that she is no longer in pain and can
romp and play with all the animals that she loved. I pray for her family, that
sort of loss is so devastating, I can’t even imagine how hare for the families
involved. I still am crying, I can’t say anymore.<o:p></o:p>

Harley wasn't sick for long - just a few months, and then not really acting sick .... ferrets are so full of mischief! But i think that Harley wanted to go up and be with little flower629 and make sure she knew how much we loved our little meersister.  |

Korkiemama, Thanks for posting this here. I, too, do not visit AP as much anymore so would have missed this terrible news. I do remember flower629. I knew she was a pup but did not realize how young she was. My heart is breaking for her sister and family. It is never easy to see a precious pup taken to heaven but she knows no more pain and can romp with our precious kats. Thoughts and prayers going out to her family. |

Wow...that is...   I rarely visit AP anymore so I had no idea about the situation, so I went back there to read the thread. My thoughts are with her family and friends, especially her sister. To lose your parents and then your little sister...makes me thankful for what I have. |

I'm just catching up on the boards and I'm so sad to hear about flower. I hope that her family will find some comfort in this loss (even though it will be hard), Bless them all! ballet, I am also so very sorry for your loss. |
