Sorry - i forgot to post the winner! Actually, i fell asleep with the computer on my lap! Well, it was 2am .... I would say Jane, with her male anole guess, came the closest. But jeepers, people ..... there was that BLOTCH on his SIDE .... hmmmm ........... Millie's answer, though late, was very good and we do actually have skinks here, but of course they are much larger. So, who do you all think should be the winner .... Jane or Millie? |

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm .... is that an otter or a ferret? I think that is a ferret from Jeanne Carly's 2009 Ferret Calendar ..... it is hanging on my wall. January's pic of from ET the Extraterrestrial. I believe this is a ferret depicting Star Wars. People, this is an ADORABLE calendar and i urge you all to get it. It is very well done. |

Right you are my ferret loving friend... Witty As co-founder of the The Ferret Education Foundation, Jeanne Carley pays homage to the furry little guys ?and the movies ?with her latest calendar, which took two years to create. In this photo, for April, a little guy steps into the 1977 epic Star Wars as an Ewok. |

BTW, irony of ironies .... Jeanne Carley lives in California where ferrets are illegal. Gov. Swartzeneggar wants to stimulate our economy out here .... well if the fool hadn't vetoed the latest ferret legalization bill, our economy would be stimulated plenty what with all the ferret owners finally being free to buy all sorts of ferret stuff in their local petstores instead of having to go online and buy out of state!!! |
