Thanks everyone for the warm welcome! I didn't really come here to play jeopardy, but just to join in the chat if thats ok. I have been trying to get msn or windows live messenger to work. I have a 64 bit system, and Iam having trouble getting it to work. I need to do some research when I have time.

 

I like the jeopardy game, I just dont have time to really try playing it right now. Tornadowarning we are neighbors, and we should get to know each other better! Hi Cordee! Thanks again everyone for the warm welcome!

It's ok about the jeopardy.  We have a couple others that really do not play the game but still teach us a lot about other things and share their loves with us.  We wanted a forum that was devoted to our meerkats but would allow us to stretch our horizons on other interests unlike the AP forum which is why we have other animals, Quirkie sports, links threads...etc.  [personally the other animals is one of my favs as I get all the latest on the gorgeous girls at the elephant sanctuary...].

Welcome, Kescha!    I have read many of your posts at AP, but I can't say we have gotten to know each other yet (I am meerkat1212).  Now is our opportuity.  

Howdy Everyone, I have alot of migrains, so I hate to even get started on jeopardy. Hi Meerkat 1212, and Paw waves Korkie! Terri, I dont know if I can get msn to work or not. Its a 32 bit program, I just have to see If I can find a patch for it ect. I built my own pc and its 64 bit. Its been a pain finding 64 bit programs, but there are alot more then there was. Anyhoos, thanks and paw waves to you all!

Oh The Slew, I love the Elephant Sanctuary! I get their news letters in my email and in the regular mail. They sure take excellent care of the elephants!

Good morning Witty, all is well. I just returned from Dallas (well, rural Dallas) to visit my Dad for Thanksgiving (he lives down there).  For Christmas I will be returning to Ixtapa Mexico again with my mom for 8 days and 7 nights of lounging around on the beach.  I will be back in Chicago New Years Day where I hope to be attending the Ice Hockey game at Wrigley Field where the Detroit Red Wings will play the Chicago Blackhawks.  If I get an extra ticket, would you  like to go?  Keep in mind, it is outdoors.  See the Weather Channel for recent Chicago weather. :-(  Let me know :-)

Carlos, the outdoor game will be soooo awesome!!! I have some Chi-town friends that are going...they wanted me to come up there but sadly I have other things going on that weekend.  Boo those Red Wings nice and loud for me! I don't exactly like the 'Hawks (Blues fan...no offense!) but the Red Wings are eeeeevil.

 

Sorry for being so absent the past month...I've had a lot of stuff going on in my life (good stuff, don't worry) that I'll post about some other time when it's not 1:30 in the morning and I need to go to bed.
