1.  DF can never be evicted.  If she feels it is time to move on, then she will retain her scentmark for life and gain the title of Honorary Quirkie For Life.

 

2.  All Quirkies will vote and agree on the new DF.

 

3.  Only the DF can evict a Quirkie or honored guest but only after a meeting to discuss said eviction with the other Quirkies.

 

4.  All Quirkies and honored guests will abide by the following:

     A.  Will not throw tantrums, react violently, overreact to other posters, show disrespect to any poster, keeping an argument going, refusing to leave a possible volatile situation, or brining unburrow type grieveances to the Quirkie burrow.

      B.  Will only use email or other personal type conversations to settle disputes.  Never on the board.  If need be, the DF may be involved to moderate.

      C.  Will not promise Quirkiehood to anyone.  If approached by an interested party, then that name may be submitted to the Quirkies for a vote. 

 

5.  Will not gain Quirkiehood solely to scentmark.  Must be sincere in their wish to be a Quirkie.

 

6.  ONLY Quirkies can scentmark.  When you gain entry into the hood, you too will be able to scentmark.

 

If rules are broken:

   1st offense-Warning

   2nd offense-DF and Quirkies will vote on suitable punishment.

   3rd offense-DF and Quirkies will vote for suitable punishment up to and including eviction.  Depending on the severity of the case, eviction may be temp or perm.

 

To become a Quirkie:

1.  Must play meerkat jeopardy at a minimum of three months and have been a frequent visitor to the burrow.

 

2.  Name is submitted at the Quirkies meetings and a vote is taken. 

 

3.  All Quirkies must agree on the new member.

 

4.  If a pup is to be considered for the hood, then all Quirkies and the pups must agree.

 

5.  If made Quirkie, must never scentmark outside a non-Quirkie jeopardy burrow.  It is rude to other sites/threads.  Scentmark only at this burrow or ap Quirkie jeopardy burrow.

 

 

6.   The most important rule, one which must never be broken is in deeds, thoughts and words always be kind to all creatures great and small.

 

 

Honorary Quirkie [HQ]

 

1.  Must play jeopardy and be a frequent visitor to the site.

 

2.  Will always have the chance to become a Quirkie, but it is not gaurenteed you will be one.

 

3.  Tenure lasts four months.  At midnight on the last Thursday of your last month, you will proudly hand over the torch to your predecceser. 

 

4.  The most important rule, one which may never be broken is always in thoughts, deeds, and words be kind to all creatures great and small.

 

HQ for Life

 

This honor is reserved for special occasions, almost like an honorary degree.  For celebrities, extra special visitors, and the retired DF.  

 

Remember: You do not have to be Quirkie to play Meerkat Jeopardy, but you must play to be Quirkie........
