One year ago today, I was invited to try something new on the AP burrow. It was Sister Krazymeerkats inviting us to all play a new, fresh game she thought would be fun. And , man was she right. That first night was total chaos and brilliant fun. I could not wait to play the next game. Immediately afterwards, other posters began to join in and DF Pronker got a tourney together and now, long after other forum games have come and gone, Quirkie Meerkats Jeopardy is still going strong. In the first games, noone knew how popular and how far this game would go. I hope I speak for everyone here when I say Sister Krazymeerkats-Witty-Youssy, thank you for sharing a truly fun idea with us. We all have grown so much over this past year. We have shared hopes, feelings, dreams, the highs and lows. We have comforted each other thru the really tough times in our lives.

Over the past year we have suffered many losses. We have lost some of our meerkats, our elles, our furries, animals in between, and sadly a little girl known as Flower on the AP board just this week. Someone on this board said it and I shall echo it: I want each and everyone, Quirkies, HQ's, and honored guests, to know that I treasure every moment we have together. You kats rule. You kats rock and roll. Sister Krazy and her jeopardy game has brought me closer to you all. I say to her, Witty....thank you for the greatest gift ever.......my Quirkie burrow mates.

Please let us take a few mins to count all the blessings in our lives.
