Tonight's Episode:  A CRIMP Christmas Poem

 

B'ville, OKLA ....it's Christmas eve.

All hoomans and furries, fast asleep.

All but one

A very wicked kitty.

She eyes the tree,

Thinks it's not so pretty.

Suddenly an idea, an evil plan.

"Oh I have something for my hooman."

As her paw strikes out

To hit a ball,

She whips out her cell phone,

To make a call.

"Mad Max, my minion,

Get over here quick."

She orders as she begins shredding photos

of ol' St. Nick.

The Mad one arrives,

Quick as can be.

The devilish duo

See the gifts under the tree.

They begin shredding paper and boxes

Ribbons and bows.

Why is she so evil?

Noone knows.

The decorations become

A pile of rubble.

CR:"Oh man, we are such trouble."

They eat all of Santa's

Cookies and milk.

CR:"Ohh is that pure silk?"

The problematic pair are

Enjoying their mayhem,

Until from behind

They hear "Ahem!!"

They are stunned to see

Ol' St Nick.

St Nick says:" You too

Make me sick."

"Your hoomans work hard,

each day they slave.

Trying to bring to you

All that you crave."

He admonishes them both,

He gives them "the stare."

Then laughs as he knows

What to do with the pair.

He replaces the gifts,

Tucks in his deer tight,

Hooks both to a harness

"Now pull with all your might.!"

CR and Max work hard

To deliver presents.

CR says"Man does he resent us."

They work thru the night

Without a break.

They will even miss

Out on Christmas cake.

As the world wakes

To a glorious morn,

Blessing the day

Dear Jesus was born,

CR and Max come

Straggling in.

With the froth of their efforts

Still on their chin.

They look to each other,

then to the ground.

CR says to Max:" Ready for

A second round?"
