Thank you for posting this...the woman never knew unconditional love until she lost it. Sad, isn't it?
I can tell you the jack russell I had before the Pipster would wait for me in the window and when he left me, I dreaded, dreaded coming home and not seeing him in the window.
For many months I came home with no doggie in the window, until one day when the Pipster was oh 5-6 months, I pulled in, in front of the house and there he was sitting just as my other jack had for 14 years. But Pip added something special, a little yodel for me as I got out of the car and waved.
I am sure that a little angel jack helped him up into that spot and whispered in his ear...
