Poor sister Tornado!  You need to get the DM trained in household repairs.  Then he can fix stuff instead of having to replace them.  That will help the retirement fund, and thwart those bad kitties.     And just why does Miss CR think her lifestyle will suffer when you retire?   You'll have more time to give her atention - doesn't she know that?
