Another druggie company I have been watching.  I believe Surfaxin is the drugs name.

They have been gonged twice by the FDA but the issue appears to be more manufacturing in scope instead clinical in nature.  That can get resolved.

This morning they received a 60 million infusion of cash over the next 3 years from Kingsbridge Capital. They evidently think the issues will get resolved!  Solves any money issue for launching this if the FDA accepts the manufacturing fixes.

Its up nicely percentagewise in the pre-market.

Now I am watching them closely for some potential investment.  The PPS is compelling for an ACOR kind of move-will it happen?

Heh its a baby drug company!  I just don't know for sure?

Lke the ticker symbol though-Macho Macho man............  I want to be.........!

I am finally in at $1.85.  I hope they got their drug manufacturing situation fixed for the FDA?  Third time is a charm?  Who knows!

Delays--Delays---Delays!  When its the FDA its always a delay!

DSCO recently met with the FDA to chart a path for meeting the latest requirements for Surfaxin.  Want something added in the pre-clinical data package now.  Multiple delays-do not understand why additional requirements keep coming out piecemeal-each for different reasons. Thats not DSCO fault.

How about ONE delay for all applicable issues---DUH!.  Whatever the requirement, it could have been requested over a year ago?

As the link notes its not serious and can be resolved this year-maybe.  The FDA is just a "TORTUROUS" agency at this point.

Wait-Wait-Wait!

More news-not the news I am looking for yet.   But good news anyway! Up about 15% to date in this ticker.

Not quite time to bring out the Village People and John Travolta yet for the DSCO ticker--------LOL

Insiders buying the hell out of this!

I hold-I am bored-down a little-I want my payoff in yet another baby bio!  Its about the drug Surfaxin.  Three time-out letters from the FDA!  Do they finally get it right?

DSCO:  Insiders will have to wait for their payoff.  So will I-the FDA says "we designate this a Class II re-review of the re-review, of the re-review. of the re-review of your original submission".  Its not about big clinical studies.  Its about some piddly pre-clinical test and manufacturing clarifications.  A six-year old can read faster!

The FDA could have cleaned this up in 2-4 weeks!  Their designation insures there will be no decision until at least 4/09 and its been pushing 3 years of protracted review.  Thats on top of the years of study of this drug.

Same old-same old!  Unresponsive government when lives are at stake-they simply don't care?

This ticker is dead for another six months and the kids don't get Surfaxin for their childhood respiratory conditions!  Sad to see my country do this to their citizens over nothing!
