Decoupling my CEPH investment news from the ACUS thread even though the two are inextricably linked now!

Bought twice at a share price in the mid $71 and mid $73 range.  Up again this morning. Think it has no relation to ACUS-yet!

In this market, its rare to have a ticker truly ahead.  Put up protection at $75.00.  It lots of money and I refuse to give it all back in this topsy-turvy market.  Go forward or go bye-bye!

If these shares sell, I'll just buy back in if it goes lower.  I do want some CEPH when the ACUS decision comes down and CEPH chooses their option here for ACUS because the reality is CEPH profit has more lucrative chances than ultimate serious profit in ACUS given the situation in my eyes!  maybe I'll win on both ends?

I didn't with ANR/CLF play?

You do the best ya can IMO!

In Kutz language there goes a late morning "Crazy Ivan"  Thats a CEPH bad landing!  Look at the daily high/low data on this one----no news can be seen?

Another general market retail nightmare!  Can not to trust it!

Oh well, I am forced out for now-will look to get back in!  They didn't get it all-I keep about three car payments worth-LOL

Now down below $69.00!  May have to get back in and play again with a purchase like the old greedy friday shopping sale?-decide later-go down further please!  Eventually I will have to buy some and hold based on the old ACUS situation.  Trade or watch for now!

Back in-just a hair above $68.00.  Bought a little less this time-not to trust this market much-especially the last hour.  can always pick up more next week!

The pharma/generic pharma wars continue!  Did anyone ever think it would be nice if tort reform had included all of these guys too?

Its a maneuver that CEPH needs to take to change the clock on generic approvals for this drug.  Have not determined whether CEPH is more in the right than the generics!

Generics are getting way more aggressive attacking patents of drugs.  That has cost advantages for consumers, but is it always fair?  Long term does it lead to new drugs for patients-no!

Situation dependent.  Sometimes generics apply for stuff they should have no access to selling yet and other times bigger pharma uses their power and money to stifle generic introduction of drugs that should.

Oh well the lawyers are always busy in pharma!

Another good day here on the remaining 50% of my trade #2.  The profit is building on these CEPH trades!
