Heh Trader:  CTIC:  They have their agreement with Spectrum to market their small selling onco drug and will be getting some money in January for it.  They also are using it all to retire preferred notes.

 

I think the whole ruse is to seriously dilute in 2009!

 

They will get an FDA decision in April on expanding indications for their drug.

 

I'll watch it, but I am not buying any at this point-likely go up a buck tomorrow just because I said so----LOL
