40 YEAR EXCLUSIVE CONTRACT in CHINA is worth it's weight in GOLD.IMHO.
Also .The first time in 6 months the CMF is positive.
Plus DENG released PREFERRED SHARES. I also view this as a positive.
DO NOT BUBBLE this stock.I would like to see a nice TREND...UPWARD of course.
Or just watch.But i warn you .You will fall asleep watching the pps here.
Anyway.The recently updated occupancy rate is there to see.
Also the website was recently improved.
HOW LONG TILL PROFITABILITY?WHO KNOWS! UPDATES ARE INDEED PROGRESS in my eyes.
I continue to wait patiently.My goal was three million shares and this is a sign of life.NOT A SHELL.Just slow.
