Here is a handy guide that I am including for your referene.  There are many articles to reference which contain valuable information.  This is a great site where I get a lot of my articles that I post here.  They get up-to-the-minute research and other articles about treatments that may help you in your treatments.  Remember always talk to your physician before changing your treatment plan as we are not qualified to do that here.

I have inserted the link to the page in the lightbulb, just click that and you will be at the main directory of the page for all of the articles listed below!

Arthritis:
Your Guide to Arthritis

Almost everyone knows someone with arthritis. The condition can significantly impair a person's ability to do everyday activities. Arthritis isn't a single disease, but a group of over 100 conditions that cause pain, stiffness, and/or swelling of the joints. There are steps you can take to prevent and manage arthritis. WebMD has teamed up with the doctors at The Cleveland Clinic to bring you the information you need on many of the most common conditions that cause arthritis.
