Linking Text:

Open yourself a new message window and begin with your link article.  I type in the Title of the Article and then highlight it.  Then select the link icon  see screenshot 1:1 of the world with the chain link on it (using Internet Explorer).  A small box will pop up that will have a space in it to put your http:// address into.  The easiest way to do this is go to the page that the article is at and COPY the entire line in the address bar of your browser.  Then in your message box that is open in the pop-up window where you can enter the http://  address, PASTE it in there.  Don't worry if you copied the http:// also, IE will automatically remove this for you.

Now you have just linked your text 'Title' to the page you wish to discuss.  That way anyone that is reading your post in which you are talking about said article has a fast and easy reference to the article.  This keeps Our Medical Library in order while still having to opportunity to discuss your topics.

This method will also link other pages and items of interest.  Be sure to follow Copyright Laws and Group Rules if you are linking to off site content.  You must have management permission to link to off site content that is not prior approved by management and have obtained Permissions if content has a Copyright.
