Select the Message Board upon which you wish to post your message.
Click on the New Discussion Link in the Upper Right hand side above the blue bar, a pop-up message box will come up, this is where you will compose your message or "post".
Type your message.
When you're finished composing your message, click the button at the bottom of the pop-up screen that says 'Send Message' and your message or "post" will appear on the board.
