Cappucino Truffles
Ingredients:
1 11 1/2-ounce package milk-chocolate pieces6 Tbsp. butter, cut into 4 pieces 3 Tbsp. heavy cream 1 1/2 Tbsp. instant-espresso or coffee powdercocoa, confectioner's sugar, or chopped nuts

Directions:
COOK the first 4 ingredients in microwave on high, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until almost melted in 2-quart glass container. STIR until smooth. FREEZE 1 hour until firm. SHAPE 1 tablespoon of mixture into balls. ROLL in cocoa, confectioners' sugar, or chopped nuts. KEEP refrigerated. TIP: This is a microwave recipe.
