I just got this information together for the new site and decided to bring the info over here for anyone that needs food assistance.
This is a good program and you don't need to fill out any forms or anything. You do have to get a start-up kit and you can email your information in to get started. All they asked for was name, address and email address and you just write your note to them on their contact form.
The prices for the packages are very fair and inexpensive and it helps alot of people out. There may still be time to get your December package for Christmas, and theres no limit to how many you get so if you need two packages to feed your family you can order 2. They also have supplemental packages to add onto your regular package order.
