Hi Everybody,
I got on the new boards and made a few of the pages. It is really quite simple! I am surprised that its alot easier to do than this is! Summer told me how to do it in a few steps and me and Melissa were doing it in minutes.
I think we all will like this very much. It is going to be different then what were used to but it will be nice to get it together and going. Once we all settle things will get back to normal in a short time. It wont take us long to get back on track. I cant wait to be done with it and go back to being a group. I
hope you all are doing well and this weather change is not affecting you too badly. Melissa and I are at the clinic this weekend, I am getting the tests that I usually get done once a month and stuff and things are looking really good this time! The docs are pleased with my progress with PT and the use of my hands and arms! My left arm is slower but my right arm has been doing really really well. I am able to type super good with my right hand and can actually almost use it fully for short periods of time. I cannot button up yet or tie shoes, the fine motor control is being worked on now. I still have to build up more strength that I lost over all this time. But things are looking up.
I was supposed to be here next weekend but I didnt want to miss holloween, this is the first in our house and we are looking forward to the little kiddies! Melissa has been decorating the house and yard so she is excited to pass out candy and stuff. Its been years since I have been able to so I changed my schedule to be there.
Lissa has a trip for school coming up where she will have to go stay at the main campus for two weeks to do a lab for one of her classes and she is a little nervous. I keep telling her she will be fine but she worries that I will worry. I will think about how she is doing of course, but I know she will be fine. My live in will be with me so Lissa wont have to worry about me being alone. She is doing great in school and will find out who wins Freshman of the year by mid November. If she wins they will come to the extension campus and notify her in one of her classes and do all the honors there and then she will go to the main campus for the dinner and award banquets and pictures and stuff. Since she took all those classes last year on top of her high school classes she will be a sophomore when she finishes her tests this semester. She will graduate in the winter graduating class ahead of the others her age. But thats Melissa, I would not be surprised if she decides to go to school during the summer to graduate a whole year early.
So I am going to try to start moving some stuff today after my liver function test if I still feel as well as I do today. Its not taking as much out of me as it did last time. But I must return to my room now in case they start looking for me.
