That is what I am here for is to help. I know looking for the good things is hard when you are sad. Some times KJ and I laugh about silly things to help us smile...like yesturday our little dog climbed over the laundry hamper and fell in all because he was trying to keep from having to by my female dog who is not in a good mood right now..so then when I or she is in a bad mood we would say something like--am I going to have to fall in the laundry hamper too?. . It makes us remember something funny so we can smile a little bit...Even if it is just a small one. |
