Low-Fat Honey Mustard Chicken
Ingredients:
Vegetable cooking spray 4 boneless chicken breast halves1 can/jar (10 oz.) Fat Free Chicken Gravy 1 tbsp. prepared mustard OR Dijon mustard 2 tsp. honey 4 cups hot cooked rice, cooked without salt
Directions:
SPRAY skillet with cooking spray and heat 1 min. Add chicken and cook until browned. Set chicken aside. ADD gravy, mustard and honey. Heat to a boil. Return chicken to skillet. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve over rice.
