Italian Burger Melt
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Condensed Tomato Soup 1/3 cup water 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
SHAPE ground beef into 6 patties, 1/2" thick each. Place in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. MIX soup, water and oregano. Pour over patties. Top with cheese.BAKE at 400°F. for 20 min. or until done. Serve on rolls or over pasta.
