Salmon Sherry
Ingredients:
2 (4 oz.) 1-inch thick salmon steaks1 Tbsp. dry sherry2 tsp. butter, melted2 tsp. flour1 tsp. dried snipped chives (may substitute parsley) 1/4 tsp. curry powder1/8 tsp. salt 1/2 c. milk2 Tbsp. peanuts, chopped (optional)
Directions:
SPRINKLE sherry over salmon steaks & microwave at 100% covered, 3 to 6 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking time. MELT butter (30 seconds); stir in dry ingredients. ADD milk & microwave 1 to 2 minutes until thick. SPOON over steaks & add peanuts.
