Sausage Vegetable Stew
Ingredients:
1 lb. sausage (regular, turkey, or smoked)4 cups potatoes, cooked & cubed4 cups carrots, cooked & sliced4 cups green beans, cooked 28-oz. can tomato sauce1 tsp. onion powder1/4 - 1/2 tsp. black pepper; according to taste

Directions:
SLICE sausage into 1-1/2 pieces. PLACE in 3 1/2- to 6-quart slow cooker.ADD cooked vegetables.POUR tomato sauce over top.SPRINKLE with onion powder & pepper. STIR together all ingredients. COOK* on high 3-4 hours or low 8-10 hours. TIP: This is a slow-cooker recipe.
