Pork Tenderloin -  Asian Style

Ingredients:

1/4 cup chicken broth

2 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tsp. sesame oil

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1/8 tsp. ground ginger

1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper

7 oz. pork tenderloin

Directions:

MIX broth, soy, lemon juice, oil, garlic powder, ginger and pepper in a shallow plastic covered container*. Add pork and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 5 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

REMOVE pork from marinade and discard marinade. Place pork in baking pan and bake at 350°F. for 25 min or until fork tender.

*I marinate in a re-sealable plastic storage bag for convenience.
