Italian-Style Meat Loaf
1 cup spaghetti sauce 2 lb. ground beef 1 1/2 cups herb seasoned Stuffing 1 large onion, finely chopped 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Mix thoroughly 1/2 cup pasta sauce, beef, stuffing, onion and eggs. Shape firmly into 8"x4" loaf in baking pan.
Bake at 350F. 1 hr. 15 min. or until done. Spoon remaining pasta sauce over meat loaf and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
