Meatballs Stroganoff 1 1/2 pounds ground beef 1 egg, beaten 1 medium onion, grated 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs 3/4 cup milk 1 1/2 teaspoons Lawry's Seasoned Salt 1/2 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Pepper 4 tablespoons ketchup 1 tablespoon salad oil 1 package (1.5 oz.) Lawry's Beef Stroganoff Spices & Seasonings 1 1/2 cups water 1/2 cup dairy sour cream
In medium bowl, combine ground beef, egg, onion, bread crumbs, milk, Seasoned Salt, Seasoned Pepper and 2 tablespoons ketchup. Shape into 18 meatballs. In large skillet, heat oil and brown meatballs; remove and drain fat. In same skillet, combine Beef Stroganoff Spices & Seasonings and water; blend well. Add meatballs, bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes. Stir in remaining 2 tablespoons ketchup and sour cream; heat. |
