| Ingredients: 8 potatoes, sliced
2 large sweet onions, sliced
1/2 cup butter, sliced | 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
Salt & Pepper to taste

| Directions: PREHEAT oven to 350° F (175°C).
MIX the potatoes, onions, butter, and parsley, in a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
SEASON with salt & pepper.
BAKE covered in preheated oven for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until potatoes are tender. Cook Time: 45 minutes | Yield: serves 8 | | |
